Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. Delivery times vary based on location, but you can expect your fresh roasted coffee within 5-7 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We’re working on bringing our specialty coffee to coffee lovers worldwide—stay tuned!

What is your return policy?

Since coffee is a perishable product, we don’t accept returns on coffee. However, if there’s an issue with your order, reach out and we’ll make it right!

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your coffee or coffee merchandise arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement.

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they are processed for shipping and cannot be changed..
